Topcoats (PE) based on Polyester

These topcoatings can be applied to substrates - coated with suitable universalprimers, i.e. GMPRIME HT 7760, HT 7761 or HT 7762.
This coating system is elastic and proof against versatile weather conditions, with a very first-class dispersal.
The high-class, decorative and protective coating (acc. to DIN EN 10169 Class RUV-3) is achieved throughout the topcoat.
GMTECH overall system is mainly used for coating structural elements of exterior facades.
Dry film thicknesses range from 4,5 to 7,5 µm (universalprimer) and from 19.0 to 25.0 µm (topcoat) for this application.

Thick-Layer Topcoats based on Polyurethane

These GMTECH high-tech topcoats can be applied to substrates - coated with suitable universal Primers, e.g. GMPRIME HT 7763.
This GMTECH thicklayer coating system is scratch-resistant, tough- expandable and highly proof against versatile weather conditions, with a good dispersal.
The GMTECH high-quality, enhancing and protective coating (acc. to DIN EN 10169 Class RUV-4) is achieved through the thicklayered topcoating.
This GMTECH overall system is mainly used for coating structural elements of exterior facades and roof elements.
Dry film thicknesses range from 17,0 to 23,0 µm (universalprimer) and from 27,0 to 33,0 µm (topcoat) for this thicklayered applications.

Topcoats based on Polyvinylidenefluoride

These GMTECH topcoats can be applied to substrates - coated with suitable Universal Primers, i.e.. GMPRIME HT 7760 or HT 7761.
This GMTECH coating system is stain-resistant, tough- expandable, and highly proof against versatile weather conditions, with a good dispersal.
The GMTECH high-quality, decorative and protective coating (RUV-4 Class acc. to DIN EN 10169) is achieved through the topcoat.
This GMTECH overall system is used for coating structural elements for exterior facades with especially long lives of > 25 years.
Dry film thicknesses range from 4,0 - 8,0 µm (Universalprimer) and from 17,0 - 25,0 µm (topcoat) for this application.

Backcoatings

These GMTECH single-layer coatings can be applied to all pre-treated (no-rinse process) substrates, such as HDG-, ZA- or ZM-substrates.
This GMTECH coating material gives the overall system excellent adhesion and corrosion protection properties and has an excellent dispersal.
The GMTECH backcoatings are also compatible with PU insulating foams for the manufacture of sandwich elements, while serving at the same time as a bonding agent.
Dry film thicknesses range from 8.0 to 12.0 µm for these applications.
